Registration Cost

Hi guys

I wanted to know what might be the approximate costs that I would incur for registering a plot of 1200 sqft - Cost about 35L. I know that the stamp duty and registration cost is 5.6% + 1%
of the registered value. So what other expenses would be there?

1. Stamp duty + registration charge 6.6%
2. Unofficial charges for registration
3. Documentation and stamp paper charges etc
4. Charges for obtaining Khata transfered to our name
5. Unofficial charges for Khata transfer.

Can someone who has registered their property please let me know your experiences and expenses?
