Did anybody got go ahead signal from lawyers to buy a plot in originharmony grooves?please confirm ASAP if u have cleared ur verification on this

I think there r some issues in Origin layout..not sure..Got information while enquiring it with its surrounding neighbours.So stay back 4 some time..

The layout behind Origin is Happy garden layout..Its a calm & quiet area..Three houses r there in that layout..we've decided 2 go ahead with the site..If anybody knows more abt this site means ,pls let me know.

Hi,

I have booked a plot in harmony grooves phase-2....Lawyer has verified it and has given a go ahead signal....there is no problem with the land..it had a court issue...it has been resolved...court letter is there..lawyer has verified it...In fact 3 of us booked after detailed verification/all supported documents check /lawyer personal visit to the plot to clarify queries from builder etc..

Phase-1 land has been transfeered to origin and BBMP approval received..phase-2 this process is in progress..(registration is expected by Oct..)

Please let me know more about this happy garden layout (the one behind origin)...to my knowledge there is some litigation issue...once resolved this may be sold by the same owner+builder combo..

Note:- I am neither a broker nor a builder representative...I scribbled few lines above coz I felt that there a quite a few like me who are searching for a good locality/plot to build a house and stay and create asset for present/next generation...God bless you..

Caution point:- Do not buy anything that says "B" katha...because there is actually no B katha..it s a register with BBMP where in details are included for plots/land having some issues (means which legally and ownership wise not clear completely)...so the risk premium is high..!

Can u tell me what is the litigation issue in Happy garden layout? As far as i know there r no issues.we've done the verification process by 2 lawyers..both showed green signal..Is there r any issues pls let us know before going ahead..

Actually I even dont know....
If you see the origin layout plan you will see two roads connecting to the backside....so we asked the builder about this w.r.t common amenities/access etc... he said that there is some litigation issue in the backside layout and it will take time to sort it out...I am not sure whether what he says is true/lie..

BTW, I have few queries..
what is the access for this happy garden layout..?
What is the price and is it a BBMP approved A katha?
who is the builder (is it different from origin buildcon)..?
