Hello Guys,

Site No 1 - 5th block near lake
Site No 2 - 1st block adjacent to some main road.
Site No 3 - 4th block on main road.

I will be visiting the layout next week, will try to take some pics and try to give an update on the developments.

Hi Folks,
Pl see some pics taken about 18months ago. These are in SMV 2nd Block about 500m from the 100ft Road. You can also see a truck plying on the NICE road in the distant. I am not sure what these little concrete huts built on the land ear-marked for CA are? I guess someone is trying to claim it.

Thanks for the pics, Mareyalare! Any changes in the area now, compared to when you took the pics ? I would assume the huts are for the workers working on the water/ sanitary lines; can't think of anything else.

I think they are put up by the unfortunate site owners who bought a revenue site. Typically when BDA issues acquisition notices, some land owners go to court and delay the layout formation.Jaykar Jerome, while making the BDA layouts, left those areas that were under dispute for CA and made sites on those areas that did not have any legal disputes.

Hello all,
I wonder if anyone has the layout plan of SMV VI block. I wanted to know the layout particularly the road width and the plot numbers to ascertain which plots are on what size of road etc. I had seen the same on a concrete slab when I visited the layout some years back. Of course with time these get damaged and also labelled over. However, if anyone has a copy of the same it would help. TIA,
