Is 200 Rs labour site to site is good?

Hi All

Is 200 Rs site to site is good as he covers all inside the site like staircase, passage, compound wall, portico etc ?

which one is good 1. go for 200 Rs roof to roof ,and with half rate for all outside? . do we loss anything in this
2. Go for 200 site to site?

If you are occupying entire site with minimum space left go for site to site or else it turns out costly.
