Flooring - Please do guide me

im no expert ...i just check the finishing like plasterig work designs r in shape ..exterior look thats it

i was just checking labour contractor bill which he constructed last yr ..he did for 17500k per square includes evrything

now ihave given for 20k includes evrything ...6inches wall n pillar construction

Before finlishing labor contract. Go with detail estimate for labor ( item rate and negotiate it will give you and the contractor clear pic of contract. No dispute in future.

means you have given for site to site with all inclusive ,earthing (compound,internal),flooring, wall (compound,internal), portico,balcony,any outside extension,staircase etc. I hope sump also included. What is excluded in 200 which you have negotiated/

So in 200 only the Concreting of the floor is included which should be done as part of masonary work, above that people from tile/granite will lay those.

am i right?

Hi Sam ,
Any civil labor contract doesn't include any kind of flooring.Only in case of parking ,stilt floors concrete floor is part of contract.They don't include even the level flooring for wooden floor.In short mason don't touch any thing about floor.

no roof area mesurement all the things included

So how did you measure and pay?

suppose he is quoting 200 Rs for roof (30 *50) to roof but agree to do site to site (40*60) as he is covering portico,balcony,staircase,compound passage,earthign for compound etc which are outside the roof. How did you calculate the labour cost . 30*50*200 or 40*60*200

One contractor is quoting 200 Rs site to site with all the inclusive ,except sump which he is asking 10000 Rs extra. Can i go for it?.

im still in initial process after completion billing will be done by engineer
roof to roof area measure even it includes portico,balcony,staircase,compound passage,earthign for compound n sump elevation for 200k only if front elevation has lot of designs then he will charge seperatly

Thanks, When i inquired they do calculate based on site to site ................ 60*40*200 not roof to roof. I was about to agree on this ,but latter found it was site to site ,do don;t get into problem latter rather consult now itself.
