Internal - Yes. In compound - Depends if you want a garden then no.

If you are interlocking at plinth level then yes steel is required. If yours is load bearing wall then you can use size stone. Flooring area is usually covered in concrete.

3. Is tiles/granite are done above this concrete floor? .am i right?
Yes

4. Any other inputs i need to take care during flooring?
levelling.

Hi All

When they quote 200 rs ,does the tile/granite laying also included or just the concrete floor mixing?

I heard granite/marble laying is separate with 12 Rs for tiles/35 to 40 Rupees for granite. Is this will the included as part of 200 rs or it is separate as normally they do the concrete floor mixing ,then we lay the tiles.

yes tile / marble laying comes separately. They cannot quote it in this because - cost for laying granite is different from laying marble which is again different from laying tile.

So in 200 only the Concreting of the floor is included which should be done as part of masonary work, above that people from tile/granite will lay those.

am i right?

I am negotiation for 170 excluding the following barbending/gangmen/centering/footing (mixing/laying/earthing)/staircase/external Chejja(Half rate) or portico/foundation digging for internal wall (4 sides) 2 feet or coarse .All others including the flooring is included. Is this a right rate?
