How to find the site availability?

Hi - we have bought a site in HSR layout. there is a vacant small piece of land like 10X10. So, I wanted to know how to check if the land has been sold or not by BDA?

Hi Ahmed Waseem,

First Check whether 10X10 dimension is in which direction like north, south, west, east. it should be in your sale deed "SCHEDULE".

any schedule will have following, just for ex:

NORTH : SITE NO 10
EAST : 30" ROAD
WEST : SITE NO 22
SOUTH : SITE NO 12.

ok. so 10X10 plot comes in NORTH direction. THEY MENTIONED IT AS WHAT ???? ANY PROPERTY NO OR CA(CIVIC AMENITY) SITE OR AS WHAT? CHECK THAT.

show it your lawyer who helped you in registration. he will tell you for sure.
