i am looking for a site in anjanapura bda-1st-block. can you please suggest whats the rates running and how good is 1st block?

i had been to see the area and found not much development there.

Hi,

I am also in the market for a BDA site in Anjanapura. For me any block is fine as it is for investment. My take on running rate is around 2200 to 2500 only. But usually brokers try to inflate it by minimum of 200 psft. Do you have any idea on which blocks are better and which blocks are not in demand in Anjanapura. Because I want to be sure why different blocks have different quoted prices when they come for sale.

i have no idea on why the rates are different. may be because the high priced ones are developed like,, people already constructed house, started living & nearer to Bennargatta road. correct me if i am wrong.

do u have site here in Anjanapura ?? if yes which block.

no, I am still searching for a site in Anjanapura. Yeah I agree with your opinion as for different prices being quoted by owners . I am yet to meet a genuine seller started searching since 2 month's. I am only willing to buy within 2250/- psft.

I'm also searching for a site in Anjanapura and all the current prices are very much hyped prices. I personally feel that around Rs. 1800 per sq ft is correct price in 1st block. Also recently heard from a friend that soon BDA is going to send notification to all the site owners to construct a house in all the vacant sites...so its going to be no more investment purpose.
