What is centering charge per Sq.ft or bulk rate?

plesae any body recently done do share what is centering charge per Sq.ft or bulk rate with material rent for boxes/labour?.

Thanks to add to other two question 1. is beam included in the measurement?
2. Is it pipe or wood centering?
3.is it labour+material ?
4. How many days curing after they dismantled ,as i heard 15 days but i normally we should allow till 21 days for curing before removing
5. Does it include foundation belt/chejja/lintel etc as well ? ie all of the concrete work (roof/beam/pillar/chejja/lintel/belt) is included?

rs 19 labour + material is included
recently gave for plinth beam foundation belt with in a day they dismantle evrything and for roof 15 days it depends on evry individual ...15 days or more is enough is wat contractor say and again it depends

generally for centering work it might be foundation belt/chejja/lintel etc as well ? ie all of the concrete work (roof/beam/pillar/chejja/lintel/belt) and also stair case ...they charge rs 19 to 20 includes labour and material thats wat my contractor said
