Good News to all Site Owners,

Finally BDA has issued the tender to construct 80 feet road from Bannerghatta road to Anjanapura 11th Block for Rs. 5.86 crore.

May be we can expect this work completion by another 6-8 months time.

Indeed this news did bring some cheers, lets hope the BDA Commisoner also take seriously to what honourable high court have observed regarding the basic facilities in Anjanapura BDA layout.

In yesterdays TOI there is a tender called for construction of bus terminus and depot in anjanapura. Completion time mentioned is nine months.
In tender exact location is not mentioned, but in 10/11 block next to recoup hospital there is a land marked for bus depot. May be on this location bus terminus may come up soon..!!

There has been a proposal regrading two big parks in the current BBMP budget. AFA land is concerned feasibility search is going on.

I own site in 8th Block...30*40..
Development work is very slow in Anjanapur layout..and worst in BSK 6th Stage...
SItes were very cheap in SMV layout compared to BSK 6th stage and Anjanpur in 2005-06.. Now prices are doubled in SMV layout and i dont see much improvment in BSK 6th stage and Anjanapura layouts...

SMV layout is good comapred to these 2... It developed very fast.. after RTO operation started sometime 1 year back..

Will this 80 feet road passes through JP Nagar 8 phase ? Is it like Bannerghatta road - JP Nagar 8 phase - Anajanapura 10 block ?

No it passes from BG road thro Gottigere- Kembathalli, 11-10-9 block and further into anjanapura.Thanks.
