Difference Between Sale Deed and Absolute Sale Deed?

Can any one of you share more information on whats the difference between Sale deed and Absolute sale deed.

Dear om swarup as such there is no much or no difference between Sale deed and absolute sale deed,for your reference ,When govt. authority allots the site they were generally issueing lease cum sale deed after completion of the lease period they issue absolute sale deed .

The difference is there in the document name itself, 'absolute' sale deed means it is not conditional - such as 10 year no sale, lease cum sale, joint development. Absolute sale deeds are better as they provide clear unconditional transfer of property.
