Thanks for your reply. Samrudhi layout phase II is just infront of phase 1. If you have visited the site recently, you can see a place with a compound wall and tar roads. The layout is in the road which has a small temple in the begining of road. They are quoting 1750 /sft but it varies for west/east and north facing sites.

Broker informed that all the sites are sold out and they have only west facing sites left out and for west site they are quoting 1750/sft.

Ohh, Do we need to go with broker's only for Loan processing? or can we go personally ouselves for loans. If we go personally is there any problem in getting loan.

could you please clarify. Do you have any idea on how others got loan .either themselves or through brokers (i mean samrudhi sellers)
