I am in talks with a person to buying site at South Avenue Layout. Please help me if you know any one willing to sell their site (30*40) also help let me know if what is the price currently they are quoting in that layout.

The current price in the layout should be Rs.2000-2200 Psft. I got a site in the SA layout in January registered.

can you pls add any more details you might have about the sites being claimed by original owner? any specific cross/survey nos? is it safe for new buyers to buy sites here or safe for only those who have already built houses i am looking at one around 2500rs /sqft
