Approx Cost of construction till molding

We recently started our construction work G+2, ground floor (pillar construction) only parking, 1st and 2nd floor duplex house, unfortunately our contractor expired after the 2nd floor molding got completed, so far work done is 10,000 litre sump, 14 pillars on ground floor, brick work with mold of the 2 floors, main door frame, the amount he took from us so far is more than 50% (16.7lkhs) of the agreed final amount (28.5lkhs), we are yet to get an assesment on the work done, but i feel we have paid more than the work being done and am not sure if i can complete rest of the work like plastering, doors, windows, tiling, flooring , electrical and plumbing works etc with the remaining amount. Request you to kindly post your opinions on this

The amount has to come around 13 to 15 Laks, based on the steel used.
