plz suggest good layout/location near manyata/north bangalor

Hi,
I want to buy a site in north Bangalore preferably near to manyta and my budget is 30-50lakhs. Had been to telecom layout jakkur, judicial layout yalahanka and the rates quoted are around rs 3500 in telecom layout, rs 2700-2500 MCHE and rs 3500 in judicial layout for 30*40. Are the rates quoted or on the higher side? I have not finalized the location and please suggest me if any other good layouts which fits my budget for 30X40 or 40X60 site and would suit for construting house with in one-two years.

Ramiah North City is immediately behind Manyata Tech Park. The layout is very nice - well formed and good park etc. But the negative is - a mall is being constructed immediately in front of it.
Do not know the rates here. (I only visited this place once and liked it - except for the cons mentioned above).

I have heard that judicial layout (behind GKVK campus, near jakkur) has some legal issues - I was looking for a site there few years back and I was told by some locals that some sites have been allotted to multiple people, some sites formed on CA area etc etc. Check with a good lawyer if you buy a site there..
On the plus side, the layout is really good - quite and yet very accessible.
There is a new layout coming up just adjacent to Sahakara nagar called Rajiv Gandhi nagar. I hear the sites there are around Rs.2800 per sqft. You might want to consider that layout as well..

thanks for the info. regarding rajiv gandhi nagar (between sahakar nagar & canarabank layout) i heared that there is case pending in high court on this lyout and the rates quoted are around 3000Rs.

Hi,

The brokers saying that the case against the Rajiv gandhi nagar layout ( adjacent to Sahakar nagar , railway track) is dismissed by High court and now the site transactions are legal. Can any one from the forum confirm this.

The layout looks fresh now with the markings, numberings and all but I can hardly see any house being constructed. Please provide me some inouts.

Dev in Paradise Enclave- BDA approved Layout next to Shobha City on Thanisandra main road, about 4- 4.5 Kms from the ring road is a very good option.
