Hi ,

Does anyone know if below BSNL housing society is Genuine.

I ask this because
1. Registration is only with last payment.
2. No option to choose Plot.
3. with Downpayment , only Receipt of payment will be done and one may wait to for 1 year to get registration done.

All,

Looks like these are two different society. BSNL Employee Housing Building Co-Operative society formed 2007 where as Telcom Employees Co-Operative Housing Society formed in 1973. Telcome Employees Co-Operative Housing Society has few project Near airport called Green Field Gardens. After going through BSNL Employee Housing Building Co-Operative Society I fill they are authentic. However need to investigate further.

Pleaes let me know if anyone has taken membership with them and took any plots.

@ IVC road...plots with BIAPPA approval retail at 1000/ SFT. The general approved plots cost 600+. Please make sure that the plot being offered is getting BIAPPA approval, else, doesn't make sens to lockin such a huge amount, while there are ready plots available at the same place. Please keep in mind that the hype around IVC road isn't as much as it was in the beginning. You will find abundant sellers, but very few takers !!

Their web site claims that "Entire work will be executed as per the BIAAPA norms and specifications.". Is that same as BIAAPA approved.

This is not BIAAPA approved, just because it gets executed as per the norms !!

Others can confirm- but I was told that it will be BIAAPA approved.

This is very tricky situation and one has to make a wise decision on buying such plots.
(If the price is less & development is good and approval is pending!! )

1st place for illegal dispose of land & plots is e-city area
Next Place now is New Airport Road. & the RE-Brokers are the people who hype the Price so much which is not at all worth it.

i.e there are lot of illegal developers/ Brokers trying to cheat the people. So below is the basic check you can do.

1) It's Needs to have all the Approval (BMRDA/BIAAPA) -(Legal verify)
2) Check the Background of the Developer who the society has hired for development and marketing.(Always prefer good developers)
3) So based on the current facts such Society layouts development are slow compared to Well known Branded developers, so are the Investment on such Plots.

Hi Team,

Recently i have seen a plot near devanahalli (Project-name : Nandi hill residency).Based on the above reviews i am a bit concerned about taking the plot.
They offered to pay the money in 4 installments for the plot.Even i heard in the last minute they might show off by saying your name didnt come in the list.
So please guide me .. As i am willing to take the plot but worried to give it to wrong hands.

Hi All,

I am an associate member of the BSNL Employees Telecom Aeropart Residency since 2011.
I have paid 2 installments for a 60x40 site.
The land is still not converted from agricultural to residential use. Its been more than 3 years now.
The President CM Raju says we will do it soon, we will do it soon. But there has been no real progress.

Can we trust bsnlhousingsociety.com to get this piece of land registered on my name and provide me A-Khata ?
