Reliable Builders

Reliable Builders are coming up with a new property "Reliable Pride" at HSR layout. Prior to this, builder constructed "Reliable Domicile" at Electronics CIty near PES college, close to NICE Road.
Since this builder is quite new and there is no information about this builder. How can we check the credibility of the builder?
