Hi,
I would like to buy plot and willing to build house immediatly near whitefield area.
I have come across ORIGIN HARMONY GROOVES villa plots in Seegehalli KR Puram.
Website:-http://www.originbuildcon.com/home.html.
Builder is quoting 1900 to 2100 /- sft based on site facing. Is that price worth in that area?
Seems layout has 'A' katha and DC converted.
Can someone share thoughts about it.

Hi Raja,

Did you book any plot in this layout. The developer has obtained DC conversion last week. A khata is still pending.
The price has now been increased by 100 bugs. After getting A khata it will be again hiked.This is a good place to invest.

Myself and my friends have book 16 plots. AXIS Bank is processing the documents for project approval.

I didn't book any plot yet,I liked location very much hence interested in buying if every thing goes fine.
Please let me know the price you and your friends booked? Did you do any legal verification ? Please keep me updated about the bank loan processing.

I didn't find any groups by the name Origin Harmony Grooves.. I've booked a plot in this Layout. Have u done with legal verification.?
The builder is asking for 30% payment within 10 days. Before that we need to verify the documents with a lawyer and get clearance...
