BCMC layout Kanakapura site quote

Whats the current rate in BCMC layout kanakapura road for 30*40 and 40*60 site?.. I feel brokers are quoting too high..

Even i am looking, recenlty i saw an ad 30*40 for sale, called up, he is a broker quoting 2800 final price , which i feel overpriced atleast 500-600 more(my personal opinion), because one of my friend was seriously looking at the same layout around 6 months, spoke to several brokers,at that time it was 2200-2300, so i dont know whether they have jacked up the price !!!

Even I am looking for a site in this layout and brokers are quoting around 3000+ for North face site. Is this correct price? If any one wants to sell or have info, pls. let me know

Even i have enquired about the price, RE agents are quoting more than 3000. But i happen to talk with a landowner who is having 3 building in BCMC area, he told me that rates are running at 2500-2550 max. Just RE guys hyping it to 3000. Also, he told me that there is a problem in bore. Since the # of houses have increased the chances of getting water in less depth is less.

But BCC layout has much lesser prices as compared to BCMC what i have seen.

This is only for info to members in this site. I bought a south facing, 30X40 in BCMC last year. Paid Rs 2100 per sqft.

Nikki2003 - I bought it via a guy called Manjunath (98806 22141/99168 02514). He charged me 2% as his commission, but helped a lot in the processes of registration, getting Khata etc. He stays close to BCMC layout and will be available on phone most of the times.

Hi apnagu, I recently did a search for plots in this area and found RE guys quoting 3400+ per sft. I think, a fair price could be around 2600-2800 per sft. Unfortunately, genuine buyers don't get a chance to get to know about real owners..its all RE guys creating the hype. Good luck on your search.
