Has anyone booked JR Urbania at the launch price? Did you negotiate price? What was the best price?
I have been quoted 1350/- for an intermediate site.

Hi Nagsbhat, did you the visit the site and check the documentation? How long do you think it will take for the place to develop? It will be good to know from other members on the price feedback as sought by you.
