Idea about Divyasree Belle Veu?

Hi
Anybody purchased a plot in Divyasree Belle Veu? They are quoting Rs1000/sqft- pre launch - 1200 post that?

This project seems to be on the route to Nandi Hills. Any idea about the approvals? They claim to have BIAPPA. Also, looks like DivyaSree has partnered on this project with Wellnest.
Wellnest seems to be offereing
a. Nandi Nest
b. Palmsville
c. Wellnest Exelia
apart from Belle Veu.

Any insight/thoughts will be appreciated.

By the way, I am doing a paper verification through lawyer.
You have any more update?
Rate quoted to you is for Phase1 or phase 2

Pretty bad experience.

They first said they had 2 plots in Phase 1. Me and my friend said ok. Then the sales man Aiyappa gave me crazy reasons. So gave up.

yes plenty of projects like BHEL nandiview, QVC reality, foram projects & others,happening around from Rs.750/- to Rs.1200 onwards, some with BIAPPA and DTCP approvals, check carefully before investment
