Information on Nakshatra Villa AECS Layout

Hi can any one help us with more information on the promoters ( JSV Projects ) of this villa project named Nakshatra in AECS layout, next to Rohan Mihira.
the project seems to be good and location is great, just need more details on promoters ( JSV Projects ) , pls mail me if any one has any details rajivsap@mail.com .

I am not sure if it is from JSV projects. I had contacted a marketing person from innsprire thru their website for a villa project near to AECS layout - Rohan mihira apartment and near to a lake, around a month back. As per the information shared by him - there are 47 villas in 3+ acres of land. Each villa would be built on 2000 sqft of land and 3000+ sqft (dont remember exact area) of construction with 2 - 3 private gardens. Started the construction of few villas and all the villas will be completed in 2yrs time. The pre launch price was 1.5 crore + registration. Not sure what is the rate now... Also, I am not sure about the approval and all as I didnt proceed further after enquiring about the project... I can share the number of that person if you want or u can contact thru innspire website.

Thanks for the information, i did call Innspire sales person , the built up area is 3500 + Sqft , planning to visit the site today with my family. Thanks once again.

Thanks once again Mr. Shankar for the lead, i did went yesterday to this site and collected the land documents for legal verification by paying some token advance as the pre launch offer is limited for the first few customers i am purely looking for investment purpose, however my few apprehensions are after rohan mihira its a small little patch of kachha road till dead end before the lake where this property is, Location is really great but i hope they will put the roads as they promises, other major issue is they have not done this kind of luxury project before for that they say they have engaged the best team and have already finished 3rd slab level for few units and also they have few other villa projects in pipeline and this project will be the showcase for that. over all i personally feel its value for money as they are giving about 2250 sqft of land divided and undivided + 3500 built up area. good day

I believe there are a total of nine booking toward this project in the last few weeks, other buyers are requested to give their views on this project it will help us all, my loan is approved by HDFC and the first disbursement is due in some time…. However I still have only one issue while I am convinced with the complete nakshatra team specially Abhishek’s profile and Biju’s dedication , I am not able to establish who is Narshima Reddy , I remember when I visited this project first he said he is the Managing Director even in the papers his name appears, pls let us all know if you find this details.

Mr. Rajiv, I have also booked one of the villa unit at this project north facing one, even I have and had many apprehensions about this jsv builder , I have gone through their profile in detail , last year they did a 120 unit budget flat near CV Raman Nagar, the main issue is they have done most of the project in many different names for which they say it’s because each project they had different set of investors and partners, that’s something wrong to my knowledge, also the promoter Mr. Abhishek is very young to have understanding on these fine details, however logically if they do an apartment at AECS Layout they get more return for sure, and as they say they are passionate about doing a luxury project this will be a great platform for them to showcase in future and this logic or vision seems reasonably convincing to me to book the project, currently my papers are under legal scrutiny and by this week I want to do the sale agreement.
Even I would request other people to share their experience with this project and team as it will help us all.

Please don’t fall prey to such marketing gimmicks, for all you know this might be a job of some marketing executive of some other developer or same developer collecting database of prospective customers, it happened to me few years back while I was searching for a flat, they give negative remarks on competitors project and give positive remarks of the project they market, they will act as customers or outsiders and other actual serious customers physiologically will share the same sentiments , it’s a big gorilla marketing business these days and many developers are now hiring such services to some outsourced companies. Beware of these groups before you give any personal details....... or do it without giving any personal details,,,, once again be careful....... when their is an open blog available please post the issues or details here itself, let the world see it whats wrong.

I have myself booked villa in Nakshatra property. I thought it will be good to form a group. Whether we do it now or later is probably the question. I believe it is easier to communicate via yahoogroup as it reaches my mailbox. The entry to the group is restricted.
