Anyone have details on MICO layout, Begur road?

Hi Friends,

If any of you ahve any details on MICO layout, Begur road let me know. I am planning to buy a site in this layout. Layout looks good but facilities are not that promising. No Tarmac roads, no CMC water supply etc. Please let me know if anybody has site in this layout OR know any information on this layout.

Hi, I recently bought a site at Mico layout hongasandra. Did you get a chance to enquire about its growth? For me it looked liked a possible growth as BBMP is planning to extend the begur main road and layout looked fine to me with wide roads and few near by apartments and posh individual houses. Did u buy a site there? If not where did you finally settle down with? Thanks, Kaarthik.

This layout is surrounded by small scale industries and densely populated areas. The biggest problem of this layout is its loose sand quality which swallows bore wells and makes one to live under the mercy of water tanks or in future BWSSB. Also, need to be careful while buying as many sites here are under litigation.

Hi, I bought it for 3200 Rs north east corner site. It had a clear title as I directly bought from an ex-MICO employee to whom the site was alloted directly.

I also heard that METRO plan has been approved and the closest stop for MICO layout is exactly at 2 kms at Chikbegur. So hoping for the best for now.
