I am planning to buy a plot in Reliable Lifestyle layout on Sarjapur Road (http://wikimapia.org/18291562/Reliaable-Lifestyle). Request you to let me know:
What is the current price per sft in this layout?
Has anybody in this forum bought a plot in this layout? Please let me know your number. Or contact me at 9886918915
Are there any legal problems to these plots?

I am also looking for a plot in Reliable lifestyle. Currently they have phase 4 running.
I got to know that launch price was 3k but now they are quoting 3900/- sqft nego.
I assume prices around that area is around 3k per sqft.
Moreover phase 4 is yet to get BDA approval. Seems risky? Can some one please advise?

went there today... the layout looks quite good but we opted not to go for it for the following reasons:
1.We are looking at plots which where we can construct a house and move in within a year. Its a Big layout with 250+ Plots but hardly 10 houses being contruted which includes layouts from 1st phase, So looks like it wont be livable atleast for another 2-3 yrs minimum
2.We often use public transport and found the layout to be quite inside... 2.4 Kilos from sarjapur main road and did not see any buses plying in hosar road..there are many apts in hosar road but the area itself is a lil dingy and definately cant walk around alone in thelate evenings( ladies)
3.No SBI approval - We are looking for loans esp from SBI due to various security reasons.f loan is required, they want the same to be approved within 15-20 days of booking.. and they have tie up only with icici..
4.No 30*40 plots available
5.they quote 3900 but Whoever buys here, one of my collegues told me they are negotiating for a deal and they said the negotiating reached 3350 and they are still negotiating... so keep that in mind...

Hey guys i had been there last week, if you have cash you can buy it at 3K per sqft too...I negotiated it worked, however not much construction going on, hardly 5 houses are under construction, ..nobody is living there yet and connectivity is still by your personal vehicle.. hopefully Govt will add more buses, as more people start to construct in the new layouts formed in here. It is worth a buy even if it 3500, coz its BDA approved/and docs are clear, at least many of my friends already bought it at 3300, 3400, 3600..and had the docs verified with different layers, there are cases on some of the survery no.s but were withdrawn with settlement.., but beware each survey might have different story, Having said that this is much bigger layout of 250 plots which means 250 advocates verified it already, there are only few plots left now.., if all are sold out, then certainly there is no big issus. I am sure the prices will catch up soon and go upto 4K in couple of years time, and more homes coming in will be better place to leave. Unlike there other projects, lessons learnt they already have all amenities in place this time. Good luck Good home

I planning to buy a B khata site(land lord share) in Reliable lifestyle, haralur. It's survey number is 57/2. In this survey, half sites are BDA A khata sites, rest half are B khata.
Anybody bought plot in this survey number, please share your opinion on this survey number and on lifestyle layout itself. Are there any legal issues? icici is funding for this site.
I know, Bkhata site won't get homeloan, but i am ok with it as long as property is clear with legal things.
Please share your experience or thoughts on this.
