Its a good idea to form a group of site owners.

I have one doubt, if you see the document carefully, it has been mentioned that there are two govt. roads passing through the site, one is at the beginning of the layout( touching site no. 1) which Developer/Brokers shows us but there is another road which is 15 mtrs. wide road and whenever I ask to them they are not telling clearly about that.

If any one has idea about that road, please let us know the site no. in which that road is passing.

Sir,
I believe BBMP/Sub-Regisration office will have proper details of govt roads in that area.
If documents are properly showing two govt roads passing through the site, I think registration of that particular sites will not be accepted in Sub-Registration office.Please correct me if I am wrong and seek experts advice. Thanks in advance.

Does this layout have A-katha's and what is the approving authority of the layout plan?

Hi Leelapk, This layout has BBMP A-Katha(not individual) -DC converted. We got loans from ING Vysya bank \Tata Capital. Heard all sites registered some time back.

I and my three friends have also purchased a site in the same Samruddhi layout. As we know we don't have individual Kathas so we are planning to go to BBMP office to ask KHATA bifurcation process, If any one having any info on this please share among us so that we could start working on this.

I am looking to purchase plot in seegehalli area, i have looked into several ventures like Ani Eco Zone, Sai Serenity, Samruddhi layout, next to Samruddhi layout there is one new layout coming ORIGIN Layout.
can any one clarify below points
1. What is DC Converted sites? will it be good to take them? Ani Eco Zone is having both BDA and DC converted sites, which is best to proceed?
2. Can any one help me with price.
3. I heard from some people that BDA roads are coming by near by Samruddi Layout, do any one have any idea where exactly roads are coming and how i can find more information regarding this
