Anybody booked? any feedback on this project is highly appreciated.

Hi suglb6,
To my knowledge there aren't much builder issues, but the true fact is that builder is forced to sell the flats to start the phase -2 towers. Presently I get to hear about using low class taps and sanitary ware than the one displayed in model flat.
Please do check from the marketing guy all the items that are upgraded in model flat. Also be clear about club facilities and owner ship of club after completion.

Regarding the amenities/club house, heard that they have one time payment option ( life time). anybody has idea on this?

Hi suglb6,
yes they are collecting 60,000/-(approx) for club house one time payment.This one completely goes to builder.There are issue with undivided share
of land value yet builder need to clear.
