Hello,

I have a plot in SLN City for immediate sale and registration. Details are below:

We have a BMRDA approved plot in SLN City for
immediate sale and registration. Details are below:
1. Location of the plot: Off Magadi Road, SLN
City-Magadi Road, Near Tavarekere circle, First phase, Entrance of SLN city, just 0.75 kms from the magadi main road in Peddanapalya.
Water pipe connection provided for each site,
sewage system in place, Electricity and street lights present. Plot is facing
the park and having a 40 feet Tar road. Very close to the main road on the
first phase of SLN city. Near to the proposed 100 feet road connecting Tavarekere to Mysore road.
- This is 20 kms from the Majestic bus stand and
near upcoming Kempegowda BDA layout. It’s absolutely a good investment.. Double
road is coming up on magadi road until Magadi, close to Nice road. Expected

Two years since this was first listed for sale and still not sold. Free market economics has a real chance of winning here.

There are hundreds of BMRDA approved plots for second sale in the region. A simple search on this forum itself will yield plenty and much much more if you include the regular property listing sites like 99acres, magicbricks, commonfloor etc! So there's good/enough amount of supply.

Although I have no doubt in my mind that the future of SLN City would be good, I like the current scenario of plots being available aplenty. People that are genuinely interested will buy and the prices will rule as per demand supply ratio. No artificial scarcity creation unlike in BDA layouts where most of the plots are held in benami names by corrupt people.

The other good thing about this is that the SLN City area is coming up per BMRDA planned/organized development, with roads and parks and open areas per BMRDA norms for the whole region because of most layouts in the region are BMRDA approved. Developers dare not venture into selling only DC converted plots in this region because of the supply/amount of clean BMRDA approved plots!

It's high time the Govt/Courts cut BDA to size by making it do its primary duty of ensuring town planning compliance rather than going after 'Layout Creation' Dramas, Notification, Denotifications and so on! In simple terms, why don't they just enforce the plans as per the CDP before development happens? Currently they allow all types of illegalities to happen (while creating some illegalities themselves!) and later come down buzzing with their bulldozers - all dramabaazi for grease.
