Hi,

How many kitchen we can build in 4000 SQ Feet. The Area is located in A.E.C.S Layout Hosur Road and we plan build G(Parking)+3 floors.

This totally depends on your requirements and how you plan to utlize the spaces. How manyunits you want, whether an independent floor with a duplex? the area you are looking at can be developed very well.

Hi,

Since the site (AECS layout) is in III circle as per CDP 2015, you may go ahead and get approval for 4 kitchen unit tenaments legally with G+3 floors or Stilt + 3 floors.

Each house may be individually registered in different names or you may sell them.
