Radha Reddy Layout, Sarjapur road

Hi I am planing to buy a site in Radha reddy layout, Sarjapur road... but seems the radha reddy layout itself not one layout multiple small layout from different parties are called a radha reddy layout..

2500/sqt is the rate.. the owner is saying dc converted, and panchayath approved.. no loan eligible..


is it good to buy in this layout, please suggest...

hey guys i went and saw it , remember panchayath have no right now to approve layouts in this area..this is not genuine, but i know some are ready to take this risk, unlike me
between the price is too high without proper docs..i woudnt pay more than 1700 for such polts ( and dont expect that money will be safe...you know what i mean:) )

We are Group of IT People are developing a gated community near to Gunjur on Krupanidhi Engineering College Road (Next to one of the Serviced Villa project). This location conveniently located to Electronic City (about 14 KM ), Sarjapur Road (around 3 KM) , Wipro Corporate office (around 5 KM), CISCO in Outer Ring Road(around 5 km) and Whitefield(around 5 km). We already have BBMP-A katha in hand and We are planning to construct houses immediately. The layout will have Tar Roads, underground sewage, water connections and electricity. There were 50 plots with different dimensions (30X40, 40X40, 40X60 and 50X60). The layout will be guarded by a security. The layout development will be better the Rainbow drive which is developed by IT professionals. We are planning to construct houses from May 2012. The running rates in surrounding layouts are Rs 2200 to 2300/SFT. If you are really interested you can reach me at xxxxxx.

Thanks Admin for your feedback. Definetly i will share my experience going forward once we complete our venture. And also we can share the pain points and legal points with the forum. But for sure we are doing kind of non profit venture (if we calculate all our expenses the profit comes to 0) where we want to select like minded people where we can build our own houses and stay together.
