external staircase

Is having an external staircase in the setback area allowed according to byelaws ? Are are any specifications for this ?

Concrete staircase room are not allowed in setback area.only temp staircase without roof and side walls are ok.

Hi ,In the setback area no permanent structure is permitted including your open car parking.
