There is no need to be worried about security. We people have to make it secured.

My plot 30 X 40 is in 3rd block.

I have plan approved already. I am ready to start construction by March 2012.

Lets get together and build houses. What I feel is BSK 6th stage is beautiful place in Bangalore.

If we build good community it will be a great place to live.

So join....the crowd. Lets make it happen.

I have plot at 6th block. My neighbour constructed a house there but 2 bore well did not give any water. So now he is relying on tanker water.
So I am waiting to see the BWSSB water for starting the construction. I have been checking with BDA folks every now and then abt the water supply but so far no response from them on water supply.

Any idea when the water will be supplied to this area? Borewell's are not working out for this area.

Cauvery water pipe laying work is almost over. I heard that there was some prob with forest dept to lay the pipe thru Thurahalli forest. Latest news is, now its resolved and they will complete it by June 2012. I am guessing by August 2012 it should be done. Also BDA will not give water for construction I believe( correct me if I am wrong). I visited few houses last year the borewells were giving water now not sure what is the situation.

some sources in BDA office said it will take atleast an year to get the cauvery water. ( BDA engineering office in BSK II stage BDA complex). But they are not sure abt it and asked us to come there personally and discuss with Executive engineers in BDA.

Yes, even I have applied for plan approval, which will be thru in another month or two...i will start the construction....now the problems is my site is in 4th bock new patch ...as there is no electricity connection ...i am not sure when that would be done..Once the electricity is in place iam commence the construction....water we will get eventually as BDA will give water connection only after 40% houses are build....Please let me know by when they will give electricity connection to 4th block and other....

even I want to construct in 3rd block. can someone please guide me what steps to be done and about the cost (do i first get a draft plan and then where do i apply in parallel. what are other things i need to take care of). Do we have water, electricity and sanitation here.

It is a great initiate that you all are taking. I noticed similar wave being started by Anjanapura owners too!

I have been posting few threads in this forum, I am in search of a site that suits still searching. If you know any owner who is trying to sell his site, I would like to proceed. Also, is there a association in place? If anyone can share contacts, I can go meet them and discuss further.
