Need feedback on Sankalpa Fairfields Hennur-Bagalur road

I came across this posting on plots by Sankalpa builders Sankalpa fairfields at Hennur-Bagalur road.

has anyone booked a plot with them? Or have any info to share? I have never heard of these builders before, So wanted to ask others before investing'

Hi,

R u talking about the same builder whose office is there in NRI layout Horamauv. If this the case, I booked one site with sankalpa developers, and they made us to wait for 3 months to give A katha which was fake(as said by our lawyer). Please check all the documents before going for any settlement.

@Saravan , what approval are they have ? if they are saying DC converted, Panchayath approval then you may not get A-Katha, no plan approval from BBMP, and no loan (in genuine way)
