Can you please give more information about the site, such as -
1. Location - corner/intermediate?
2. Which block/phase
2. Site facing - except for south the rest are fine with me
3. Road width in front of your site - Is it 40ft wide road?

Not sure, when i was searching for plot on this area i heard from the locals that there is some litigation on this area, especially one that is adjusting the BMTC dep. Please check before buying

Last week it was in the range of 3000-3200 for a 40*60. Now u say its 3600.. its too much.. Guys, according to me, smaller sites like 25*40 and 30*40 are in the range of 3600-4000. But 40*60 is in a lesser range. You can goto any local broker nearby the layout, he can give u a best deal(but wit brokerage of course!!).

Bigger plots demand a "bigger premium" compared to the smaller ones.

I dont know abt the slope on south and all.. But if you have enquired so much that owners are not willing for <3500, that might be the prevailing price then.. GO ahead.. Layout is good.... But i heard there were some litigations and they are all cleared by SC. Just have a look at it. Otherwise, everything is fine.
