I am Looking for a 30x40 site at BSK VI stage 3rd block any facing, Interested and genuine parties

The plot to have following:
1. BDA alotted.
2. The site should have very clear titles.
3. It should not be near some drain or any high voltage lines or lake.
My budget is around 2,500/- per sqft

please ensure one thing while buying the site all 30X40 sites are basically 1162 sqft sites ( 108sq. meters) and not 1200 sqft. Otherwise unnecessarily you will pay extra for 38 sqft.

Today, i had a meeting with a direct allottee who had the BDA sale deed which clearly mentioned the total area of the site as 216sqmts (2325 sqft). When I brought this up and said the rate I am going to pay would be per sqmt, he did not agree (rather he was so blinded to the 40x60 concept) that I had to walk out of the meeting!!
Prospective buyers please be aware of the measurement type and go by the sale deed record, otherwise you will end up losing your own precious money.

doesnt matter if it meters or feet, when you make the agreement, you state you will pay for the actual area you are buying and that is only fair. so then you get it measured and pay accordingly.

Had the same question, as i'm in the process of buying a site in 1st block. My friend picked yup a site in 2nd block and he infact asked teh BDA officer, who said the measurement is 9.03 * 12.06 or so and if we measure it will be 30*40 or 1200sqft. Well seller calls the shot most of teh times alas:(

what a BBMP/BDA person says is immaterial. What they mention in their sale Deed and you can measure is matters. I don't think KHB, BDA or BBMP follows different standards. Please refer the KHB Advertisement coming in the newpaper from the last week to auction their plots. They clearly mentions 9 X 12 mtr plot size stands for 1162.51 sq.ft(Not 1200 sq.ft as we translate it to 30X40 ft). Same way for 15 X 24 mtr plot stands for 3,875 sq.ft(Not 4000 Sq.ft as 50X80 ft size).
