Hi

I Like to know what is the present price of a 30/40 site in THE CUSTOMS & CENTRAL EXCISE LAYOUT next to Teclecom layout
opposite to Shridi SaiNagar (behind manyata tech park).

The last time someone showed me more than couple of months was around 2700 behind MCECHS and 2200 for an interior site.

I think sometime in September/October.
MCHS area was around 3k-3.5K. Pennfield garden area was 2.5-2.7K and The Excise Layout one was in between these two. But some of the Excise layout plots were very interior, dead end and he was quoting 2200.

If you get it for a rate between 2200/- to 2600/- it shoudl be a good price... MCECHS would be between 2900 to 3400/- based on the direction.

Hi,

Have you finalised on any of them, basically i had finalised on one plot but was told that 60ft road widening work will begin, hence backed off.

please share your views
