People who have vacant sites will now be forced by government to build houses. Suddenly they should not cancel allotments. They should give some grace time. We atleast need to build a small structure to save our lands. With this govt anything can happen, so we should not take this lightly..

As per law, bda, bmrda (mpa, npa, apa etc) and dtcp alone are the plan approving authorities.
panchayath can only collect tax and provide basic amenities.
just dc conversion does not complete the process, the layout plan approval is very much required.

Bbmp also needs to set practical setback rules. If they ask a 30*40 plotownner to leave 8 feet on the front and 4 feet on the sides,then how much plot area is left for construction..
