Read through this thread. There was a mention of the survey numbers. I dont have it saved on my laptop but the survey numbers were mentioned. I have purchased a site here and have had no issues with khata transfer and such.

Any updates on the legal issues with this property? I am looking at buying a plot and would be interested in getting some up-to-date information. My lawyer verified all the documents and told me that CURRENTLY everything looks fine.

I do see a lot of potential for this society once their legal issues get sorted out. I was more interested in this locality since Metro station will give a boost.

I am looking at a property in BCC layout. I am aware of the farmer and court order issues. I have verified the documents and as per my lawyer they are clear.

My seller is quoting 1800 per sqft. Is it the going rate? The other brokers I checked are quoting 2000!!
