Re: What may be the approximate cost of fixing the tiles for
@ sureshboyapati Tiles are usually charges @ rs 10 to 12 rs/sft, but when the quantity is less like 18 sft with you it will be a lumsome amount of 1500, granite would be 22 to 25 /rft or sft, moulding would be 30 rs/rft, now u can put this into ur measurement,

@bkvenu
Construction cost for wall would vary from 80 rs/sft to 160 rs/sft depending on materials used, solid brick would cost you somewhere 150/sft, max would be 165 rs,

Re: difference between 43 grade and 53 grade cement
@Iyyappan
Means you use 43 grade for plastering as comparatively 43 grade is less price, Except RCC and Sump rest anything u can use 43 grade, even sometime u can use 43 for sump but overhead tank use 53 grade, for durability and dampness,

Re: Wood vs. granite/vitrified for flooring
@blrsiteseeker
granite would be costlier end of the day, wood would end up max 150 rs/sft, granite is suitable for bangaluru climate any day, Vitrified depends upon size, If you go for RAK these range starts from 150, and this is the only company's tiles costlier,

Re: Reg Tiles cleaning
Mr Prasana,
If these patches are on top of the tiles layer then you ca use S. Acid, will clean any of the patches and keeps ur tiles glossy, but don't do it urself, it's very dangerous,
