My brother-in-law who is in army had applied for 50*80 site, he called today and told that some MUDA related authorities called him up and told that they would be visiting him in the address provided in the application to verify whether the application is legitimate & that he does not own government...

Sooper news msn, whatever they eat the money If arkavathy layout like situation does not arise that's enough.

does any of the muda layouts have problem like one Arkavathy layout was/is plagued by , i applied for Arkavathy layout and luckily i was not allotted any site & got my money back . Just thinking what would have been my plight if i had any site allotted.

thanks for the reply , you mean there were no new layout application called between 2006 & 2011.

The documents say that the applicant or his/her immediate family members should not have any house or sites allotted from any government bodies like as u said BDA/KHB/MUDA. does not say anything about if you are second owner of govt body site/house .

msn1270 , would you have any idea what would be a speculative time frame from when the allotments process would start . i guess a year would put sep/oct 2012 for allotment . that would be a year of interest which , should fair enough on for MUDA guys .
