Update(Deccan Herald 25/9/2016).Yesterday Bangalore urban district authorities began recovery of 880 acres of the temple land by taking possession of 56 acres in cholanayakanahalli. Layout krishnappa is now the housing minister. The needs to raised in the vidhan sabha.

Ct yr society and ask for copy of legal opinion and check ur sale deed and see whether your site falls in the survey no's mentioned in DH .

A report in DH dt 4/6/16 says that 880 acres of land in Taverkere belong to Srirangapatna temple Mandya. which include survey no's 7 to 11 in Peddanpalya and various suvey no's in doddamaranhalli etc. The site sold to me falls in survey no.8 of peddanpalya.This needs to be clarified with the develop...

Read last week in the papers that Kempegowda layout formation has been put off till BDA acquires 2500 acres. At present about 1700 acres have been acquired. Owing to land acquistion hitches, all the other proposed layouts are not likey to see light of the day.

I am told that the dimensions of sites are in metres. e.g. a 30'x40' site
my be 9x12 m = 108 sqm x 10.76 sqm = ? sqft.
