Is this site still available?

We don't have problem with genuine brokers. But problem is they have this hidden agreements with real owners and come up with all sort of stories when we want to meet the owner. I wish their was some registration by BDA/State govt for agents/brokers to ensure customers are not taken for a ride.

We are genuinely looking for a site at Vakil Garden City on Kanakapura road and open to any suggestions in near by areas. Tired of local brokers who keep giving us "Mumbai prices". If anyone knows any direct owners who is looking to sell, please contact me. Plot size: 60*40 or 50*40 or 50*70 or 50*8...

Any luck there? we were trying for some sites and gave up as it was too much broker controlled area. It was hard to figure out the owners. We are surprised why owners don't want to sell directly.
