Site wanted Vakil garden city and around

We are genuinely looking for a site at Vakil Garden City on Kanakapura road and open to any suggestions in near by areas.
Tired of local brokers who keep giving us "Mumbai prices". If anyone knows any direct owners who is looking to sell, please contact me.
Plot size: 60*40 or 50*40 or 50*70 or 50*80.

Try to contact Vakil Group itself directly. They were trying to create 6 plots near to the club house and weren't having approval from authorities as of Nov'12. I am not sure of current status and availability.

Have you looked at Gokul Gardens on Kanakapura Rd.? The layout is pretty good and you can contact the builder directly as they still have some sites left.
