How are the quality of BDA flats ? Are they worth buying? Do they provide Khata and occupancy certificate?

There are majority of small or mid scale private builders who construct pathetic quality flats, violates all bye-laws during the construction and without any approval or Occupancy certificates and cheat the Customers.

Compared to that BDA Flats is of average construction quality. its value for money. They provide ample space around the Apartments and descent amenities.
