Need a fabricator reference

Can someone suggest me a simple fabricator, who can do safety door/grill/steps/railing fabrication.. i would need someone who charges for labour and willing to do with the material i provide... It is might be about 10 days of work for a welder and helper..

its really hard to find such people who do only labour. Most of these people are employed at welding shops and the shop owner takes the work and does it with material.

If you are lucky you may try speaking to a worker outside the shop and see if he agrees but then he will need a welding machine and other equipment so getting that is the next challenge.
