Hi Folks,
I am looking to sale my 30 X 40 site in SMV layout, 1st Block, what is the current sqft rate in 1st Block I can expect?
Here are the details
1. Location of the plot: SMV Layout 1st Block
2. Size details: 30x40 = 1200 sft
3. Facing : South
4. State if it is a BDA plot or not: BDA plot
5. If direct seller or Broker: Direct Owner

Is the price varying based on the location in 1st block? And is it less if closer to the lake?

Hello All,
In response to the pvt messages i have received, please find below answers to questions asked.
1. Not attached to Pvt layout and no litigation.
2. No lakes / drain near by.
3. I am the direct owner and not a broker.
4. Close to main road / bus stop.
