Need reviews on Surya Hermitage, Merusri projects in North Bangalore

Hi,
I am looking for some plots in North Bangalore and have visited many layouts in the last one month. I have shortlisted following layouts based on the layout location and development.
Kindly provide me some reviews on these layouts, if anyone has visited these layouts earlier

1) Surya Hermitage on Dodballapur Road.
2) Merusri Springs in Devanahalli
3) Nibha Green Hedge in Devanahalli (Next to Akash International School)
4) Rashi Splendor

Last week i also visited Surya Hermitage ,but not able to get review from any where.
Have you got any detail ?

Hi,
I have purchased a plot in Merusri Springs project and registration is done.

Surya Hermitage they were quoting 2400 per sqft and not negotibale. I didnt enquire any further for that project.
Merusri Springs project, location wise it is good and the builder/team is very professional and i had a very smooth process in dealing with them.
