Recently our gr8 CM DSK Nidderamaiah has sanctioned 30 Acres of Land within Kempegowda Layout for the Civil Services Officers society to have their own layout.
All those serving/retired IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS officers will get a big sized posh sites here soon.

All the ordinary people are waiting from decades with 5 -10 attempts to get a BDA Site. But with just one request, our CM has sanctioned 30 Acres to these so called
high profile society members.

When one of the news channel has asked about this matter with the society, their chief Jayaraj defended it, saying all those officers have served the people of Karnataka
and given their huge contribution. Hence they deserved it at the cost of common man.

See how easy the process is for some people !
All the efforts over the years on land acquisition, multiple negotiations with farmers, were done in the name of 'Providing housing for common man' !

To those, who are still able to get sites in the ever shrinking 'available portion', you may be double lucky. Being closer to 'Kempegowda VIP Layout' , roads/infrastructure may come faster than
the bda layouts created 2001-2002.

Wonder how much this society will charge members for the sites. All the basic infrastructure can be, again done in the name of 'Kempegowda Common Mans' Layout'.
