Court case in 8th block SMV LAYOUT

Hello,
I am planning to buy a site in visveshwaraiah layout 8th block near the petrol bunk.
But i got to know that there is a case pending in supreme court by one of broker after which i am a little concerned and thinking if i need to drop the plan of buying the site.
If any one is aware of this case and its current position could you please help me to take my decision.
