BSK 6th Stage vs JP Nagar 8th phase

I am looking at investing at one of these locations (BSK 6th stage or JP nagar 8th phase) for building a house 5-6 years down the road. Which of these would be a better investment keeping in mind the development, growth of the areas. It appears that JP nagar 8th phase sites are already priced around Rs. 2500 psft while BSK 6th stage is around Rs.1600 psft. Given the price, I would pick BSK but am not sure of the growth of that area in next 5-6 years time frame. Anyone who has invested in either of these 2 areas can help by posting your thoughts/reasoning behind investing these areas. Thanks in advance.
