wall cladding

hi friends,

i am looking to do wall caldding for below areas

1) Living room wall where tv is to be kept , with some led highlighters/strips, not full wall may be 1/4 with paneling
2) wash basin backsplash area (can i so this instead of tiling?) in living room. (there is led strip from top panel here which is planned)
3) small portion foyer area.

since these are not full area, how should i go about in getting it done?
i am totaly noob in this.

the flat is in hennur, is there some one around who does this for sqft rate.
how should i engage the electrician in LED strip points?
any electrician will do?
